I have been in food ingredient sales for the entirety of my career, and I can honestly say that there is never a dull day!

My role as Business Development Manager at Hawkins Watts is no different.

The business has such a breadth of knowledge to match an expansive product portfolio. I love that I am learning something new each day, and there is so much diversity and scope in our work.

I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with customers to build relationships, understand their business, and assist in offering solutions however possible.

One of the things I love most about my job is seeing a product come to life on the shelf, having been involved in the initial customer brief and reflecting on all the aspects that contributed to the launch.

When I am not working, my time is spent with my husband, son and daughter. You will find us at a park/playground, watching sports games, getting out and exploring as much as possible. I am very fortunate to be working for a family-owned business where family is at the core of the company values, something that really resounds with me.
